Organizational Leadership
Master of Arts
The Master's degree in Organizational Leadership is designed for individuals who are interested in developing and advancing their leadership skills in order to open career pathways for promotion, new career ventures, or enhancement of current leadership opportunities in corporate, nonprofit, or government agency settings. This 30-credit degree can be completed in 20 months or less and also prepares students for doctoral studies.
Psychology
Master of Arts
The online Master of Arts in Psychology emphasizes theory, research, and practice, providing students with the broadest range of education and experience—all taught within a Christian worldview stance unique to LAPU. Graduates of the M.A. in Psychology will be able to examine, evaluate, and apply psychological principles and methods in a variety of settings.
Business Administration
Master of Business Administration
The online Master of Business Administration (MBA) program is designed to prepare individuals for management accountabilities that include the required knowledge and skills for a wide range of career opportunities. The MBA student will apply professional knowledge, practical skills, and a Christian worldview to graduate level topics, including: strategic management, marketing in the 21st century, organizational finance, accounting, business intelligence, innovation and ethics.
Public Administration
Master of Public Administration
The online Master of Public Administration (MPA) program is designed to prepare individuals for leadership opportunities in public governance, law enforcement, as well as non-governmental organizations including the nonprofit sector. The MPA student will acquire professional knowledge and practical skills in organizational leadership, public policy development, political strategy for problem-solving, finance for decision-making, stakeholder engagement with diverse populations, and values-based ethics.
Potential careers:
Students are equipped to pursue in-demand careers in the field of public administration in both government and non-governmental organizations, including nonprofit organizations. Potential employers include local, county, or state government; non-governmental organizations; nonprofit organizations; or public works agencies.
Public Health
Master of Public Health
The online Master of Public Health (MPH) program built to align with competencies defined by the Association of Schools and Programs of Public Health (ASPPH) and core functions outlined by the World Health Organization (WHO). You’ll receive a solid foundation in the major elements of public health—including biostatistics, epidemiology, health services administration, environmental health sciences, and social and behavior sciences — all taught from a Christian worldview.
